Meet our qualified educators

All of our wonderful educators are bachelor qualified, have working with children checks and have completed training by Gumnut Music.

Louise Johnson

Louise is the founder and energy behind Gumnut Music. For over ten years she has been working as both a musician and an early years educator. Equally passionate about these two industries her qualifications include a Diploma in Children’s Services and a Bachelor in Music. Louise has enjoyed a diverse and rewarding career teaching for a variety of ELC’s and music education providers across both Melbourne, Australia and London, England.

Samara Foster-Grose

During her many years of teaching, Samara has developed a great appreciation for the incredible workings of young minds. She loves to engage children’s curiosity and playfulness when crafting meaningful learning. After completing her Bachelor of Music, a passion for working with little ones saw her focus on early childhood music. Samara knows the opportunities a sound music foundation offers children, outside of being a rewarding lifelong hobby.
